Refund Policy

1. Wallet Recharge Refunds

Unused wallet balances can be refunded to the original payment source upon placing a formal request through our support system. Processing may take up to 5-7 business days.

2. Shipment Cancellations

If a shipment is cancelled before the pickup is attempted or executed, the shipping charges deducted will be automatically refunded back to your Bhartiya Post wallet within 24 hours.

3. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the event of loss or damage, claims must be filed through the dashboard within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery). Approved compensation will be credited according to the shipment insurance terms provided by the respective courier partner.
